Before putting pen to paper, I already knew I was in for a world of tedious trials, measurements, sketches, and iterative improvements.

So began a 6-month period where I had no job, no income, and no social life. At the time I couldn't tell - but this was psychologically caustic.

 

I stayed up around the clock, working tirelessly trying to accomplish anything, as fast as possible.

This was no way for a 22-year-old to live life.
